No quibble guarantee/complaints procedure

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Should you be unhappy for whatever reason, you should advise us in writing, within 48 hours of receiving the goods, leaving a contact telephone number by email to info@shopflur.co.uk or to our trading address: 54 Atholl Road, Pitlochry, PH16 5BL. We will then call you to discuss your complaint and offer a full refund or a replacement at our expense. This excludes postage, packing and delivery costs. This does not affect your statutory rights in terms of faulty goods.
